Payment

PayPal and Credit Card are accepted as methods of payment at time of checkout.

 

Shipping

Domestic orders

Wholesale orders ship within one week unless otherwise specified.  All retail orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Most packages arrive between 2-7 days depending on selected shipping method. Packages are not insured except upon special request.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International orders

International orders ship USPS unless otherwise requested.  Please allow 4-21 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method.

Refunds and exchanges

Unused and unopened orders in original condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Flat gift wrap sheets are unable to be returned.
